So right off the bat from Battlefield 3, the fastest selling game in EA’s long history, President Frank Gibeau commented during a keynote at the University of Southern California that “there is going to be a Battlefield 4″. EA has never really been this forward with a sequel, so you can see the kind of influence a juggernaut like Battlefield 3 can provoke someone to do. It will most likely become a yearly to bi-yearly staple like the Call of Duty franchise. Being a fan of the game, I have no problem with it as long as they still work hard to innovate, something Call of Duty has been lacking recently.
On another note, I already knew that Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim was gonna take up the excess hours of my days and now thanks to Bethesda’s Tim Howard, I can play on forever?? When you encounter any of the games factions, you’ll of course be able to do the scripted quests but once you’ve completed all of them, smaller quests will start randomly generating, like assassinating NPCs. I wonder how old they will get, how different they will be, and if they will be buggy. It’s still pretty cool Bethesda is putting that much depth in their already deep game. So excited, only 1 more day!
Baron. Out.
